The online order confirmation will include an estimated total. Your final order total amount will be calculated and charged in Aisle 9. The final total depends on product availability and the weighted products' exact weight.
Minimum Order Amount
In-Store Pick Up - $50.
Delivery - $75.
There is also a $75 minimum of non-special items needed to qualify for the special prices.
Online Orders Processing & Delivery Time
Same-day delivery is available for all local service areas.
The order processing time including delivery is 2 - 4 hours, depending on the volume of orders.
In-Store Pickup - $4.99
Delivery - $5.99.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if their status is still "Received" and they have not started processing yet.
Once an order begins processing, it can no longer be canceled. Please call us if you still wish to cancel your order.
Returns will be accepted when:
The personal shopper sent you the wrong item in error
The item you got was spoiled/damaged or in bad condition
In order for the refund to be processed we must receive the problematic item back:
Contact customer service, specify your order number and provide a picture of the wrong/spoiled/damaged item.
Freeze or refrigerate the item (if perishable, even when spoiled or half-empty).
We will work out the best way of getting the item back and providing a refund for each customer.
